Site Services Manager - International Rectifier Temecula, August 2006 to present Development and management of site services team;o Developed Security protocol for site access. Defined incident management processes Management of overall security functions and initial negotiations with Security services o Developed a Building Maintenance team. Identified necessary training protocol. I was responsible for managing the development of our Site Security Plan, which received approval from DHS in 2013. I was also responsible for all the necessary upgrades, modifications and documentation changes required  Upgraded building maintenance to return Temecula site it to it’s former “Flag Ship” status Developed and maintained Site Services annual budget of approx. $2M Defined, designed and built the VSEP system, a brine waste concentrator, saving the company $750K annually in waste haul-off Managed “Construction Projects” with budgets ranging between $200k and $1.6M
