I manage a global team focused on researching index, ETF, single stock options as well as cross-asset strategies. Our team has published over 4,000 trade ideas and scores of quantitative studies in collaboration with equity analysts, credit analysts and macro strategists over the past 15 years. I'm a managing director ally of the firmwide Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender Network.Previously, I was a member of the Technology Equity Research team for three years focusing on modeling Electronics Manufacturing Services companies.I serve on the Advisory Board of the Johns Hopkins University Center for Financial Economics and am a guest lecturer on Derivatives Markets. I'm a frequent speaker on equity and options market liquidity and the impact of derivatives markets on underlying securities.Our research studies span a wide range of assets (equity, options, convertibles, credit/CDS, commodities options, etc) and a variety of disciplines (event studies, estimate revisions, flow analysis, fundamental factors, etc). I consider myself a fundamental investor first; however, I augment these fundamental strategies with knowledge of how investor behavior and sentiment changes around short-term catalysts.I enjoy the outdoors and am an Eagle Scout. I'm focused inspiring a diverse group of young women and young men as a member of the Executive Board of the Patriots Path Council (scouting.org).
