Responsible for setting up and managing the Africa Security management Unit. Carry out in country security assessment and determine security platforms for all projects in the region. Provide training to local and international staff on security protocols, situational awareness, first aid and journey management, including guidance on physical and technological security mitigation measures. Manage international and local security teams in high risk countries including, Mali, DRC, Nigeria, South Sudan and Somalia. Write security and fielding briefs for travelers to countries in the region. Develop and provide training on Situational Awareness, Emergency Action and Crisis Management plans. Carried out Safety and Security Risk assessments in 22 countries in The Caucasus, Central Asia, Central and Eastern Europe, Central America, EAst africa and East Asia. Provide reports and security advice to company projects in these countries and advice on regional safety and security issues.
