• Provided oversight and support for 3 full-service car wash and detail center locations in the suburban Philadelphia region. Each site employed between 7 and 20 full and part-time staff.
• Facilitated a successful Grand Opening Weekend at newest location through extensive marketing efforts with local businesses, local employers, Chamber of Commerce, local school districts and new/existing customers.
• Developed and installed standard operating procedures for production as well as installed preventive maintenance procedures and schedules for two of the three locations.
