Worked with businesses to assist them in marketing and advertising their products and services thru a Direct Mail Magazine (6 issues, 12 month distribution) which is distributed to 20,000 Homes in Downingtown and Exton PA. We also provide 5,000 magazines in rack distribution thru WAWA as well as in corporate parks and local businesses. We also promote their businesses on our 2 websites and thru Social Media.

Greater Philadelphia Area

• Provided oversight and support for 3 full-service car wash and detail center locations in the suburban Philadelphia region. Each site employed between 7 and 20 full and part-time staff.• Facilitated a successful Grand Opening Weekend at newest location through extensive marketing efforts with local businesses, local employers, Chamber of Commerce, local school districts and new/existing customers through comprehensive on-site marketing efforts.• Developed and installed standard operating procedures for production as well as installed preventive maintenance procedures and schedules for two of the three locations.• Handled all customer complaints that escalated beyond store management, as well as all damage/theft claims at all locations.
