Reduced unnecessary spend by 2.4 million dollars in same time frame.

Managed the PU/Protec departments (manufacturing) and two (2) Assembly lines. Launched home-based business to market family recipe for Salsa.Researched market, operational requirements and logistic needs of condiment business. Developed good cGMP processes to improve safety, quality and production goals. Used analysis to develop an effective business plan to launch new business initiatives.Worked with SBDC to consult with aspiring new business start ups.RESULTS: Successful plan enabled the company to manufacture and distribute nationally within 10 months of initial business launch.

Developed installation and de-installation plan involving ink jet, dot matrix, laser and multifunctional devices.Managed resources to insure projects met or exceeded budget and time line requirements. Trained installation/de-installation technicians and material handlers in installation/de-installation processes.Implemented installation/de-installation plan met or exceeded customer expectations.Installed/De-installed 800 plus units in 3 States 5 major cities in 15 days.Installed/De-installed 1000 plus units in 31 locations in Laredo, Texas in 8 days.RESULTS: Saved Lexmark International, INC over $100,000 per installation-de-installation, completed all installation/de-installation ahead of schedule, under budget with a high degree of customer satisfaction.

Developed Quality Circles with-in Toyota Motor Manufacturing to enhance problem solving processes and procedures to reduce cost.Trained quality circles in planning, implementation involving safety, ergonomics and cost reduction projects.Managed multiple projects, designed, prototyped and implemented various production tools. RESULTS: Saved Toyota Motor Manufacturing $6,000,000 annually in reduced downtime, parts and repair cost, reported in feature article in The Washington Post. Completed 20 projects on - time and below budget.
