Responsible for recruitment, hiring, training and development of Technical Support team members to ensure proper support of existing and upcoming projects involving analog video, IP video, IP video with analytics, Point of sale and local or remote network connectivity issues. Certified U.S. Naval Reserve Instructor, CompTia A+ certified, Eight years as an Avionics Technician in the U.S. Navy and Naval Reserve, Axis Certified Professional, Genetec Certified, March Networks certified among many other video product certifications.
