• Handle RFP and site selection process for over 200 annual global conferences, meetings, and events for 37ACM volunteer-led special interest groups• Handle meeting and travel logistics for ACM Executive and SIG VIP leadership including but not limited to arrival/departure lists, hotel rooming lists, master account set up, food and beverage requirements and meeting room specs• Consult with appropriate SIG Staff Liaison and conference committees to curate site selections per needs &requirements of event while adhering to ACM policy and guidelines• Utilize industry partnerships to negotiate contracts for venue, AV, F&B, and room blocks of up to 25,000sleeping rooms• Generate post-event report and maintain updated actual figures critical for next year’s budgeting
