•Manage the RFP process and placement of approximately 42 small meetings/trainings (0 – 500 attendees). I review proposal information and research potential meeting sites to ensure March of Dimes has received the best possible rate. I then negotiate, review and process the contract. In addition I assist in the planning and logistics of these meetings. •Responsible for the planning and onsite meeting logistics/flow for both national meetings (500 + )•The development and management of a process for the online submission of potential workshop with description and target audience, potential attendees and for the submission of audio visual needs for the two National Meetings.•Manage online registration system and logistics for two major meetings the National Staff Meeting and Volunteer Leadership Conference.(500 – 700 attendees respectfully)•Maintain and manage the meeting database which gathers historical information of the all meeting/trainings held throughout the year. This information is essential in determining cost benefit ratio's for the March of Dimes.
