 Responsible for management of Housekeeping, Cafeteria/pantry, Mail room, Front office, Travel desk, Building Management System (BMS), Messenger’s, Accounts, Petty cash, First aid, Key Management. Coordinating and conducting monthly meeting with vendor like manpower, pest control, food & water testing, consumables, stationeries, machineries, horticulture, travel/cab, security, land lord etc. Preparing Accruals/Baseline for the financial year and operating within the budget. Preparing of OPEX and CAPEX budget for the specific region. To make sure the Help Desk/service tickets raised by the users are closed within the SLA. To make sure all the Equipments and Machineries are covered under the AMC.  To make sure 52 week schedule is being followed. Conducting Reward and Recognition, monthly training for all admin and vendor staff’s.

 Preparing of Management Monthly Report (MMR), Management Information System (MIS) reports and Quarterly Business Review (QBR) . Meeting business heads fortnightly and exchanging updates. Colour coding of dusters, gloves, mops and caddies are followed in HK and food handling areas vigorously. Upkeep of office administrative facilities and ensure availability of daily miscellaneous requirements to provide harmonious work culture to employees. Responsible for assessment, procurement and managing of campus, specific to the Operations Department as agreed with the Project Team. Responsible for providing a key interface between client and the contracted service providers on a day to day basis. Ensuring compliance with service level agreement for all administrating facilities and ensure that the regional administration teams perform to the optimum satisfaction of all the stake holder’s. Coordinating with vendors’ and landlord for the timely submission of invoices and make sure the payment are done on time and collecting no due certificate (NDC)on quarterly basis. Ensure proper auditing and documentation as per internal and external audit requirements. Coordinating with HR and move vendors for employees transfer and their household items.  Procurement and scrapping of office assets as per the protocol. Ensuring timely renewal of all licenses’ pertaining to human resource and banking operation.
