As the underdog growing up I always knew that I wanted more in life and that’s exactly what I’m getting! I graduated college in 2009 with a bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering. I immediately moved into the engineering industry for nearly 3 years. I quickly learned that I genuinely enjoy communicating and helping others and wasn’t much of a quiet type. I moved my expertise and knowledge into the sales industry and this is where I’ve found my true happiness and success!Started my sales career in 2011 and worked as a sales associate for 1.5 years. Was then promoted into management where I spent 2 years as a sales manager and then 2 years as a finance manager with the same company. Was sought out by another local business in 2017 to start as a finance manager with them. I accepted their offer and was the finance manager from 2017 to 2020 and then promoted to finance director in 2020. In 2020 we opened our second location and by 2023 we have grown to 5 locations. I was tasked to train all new sales associates, sales managers and finance managers how to properly and efficiently use the companies software and programs. Also assisted with new processes for all locations to work with a centralized team on a daily basis, and continuously working to improve the companies processes and software implementations.
