As the Secretary General Internal for Montana Model United Nations I led a team of 30 college students to put on a Model United Nations conference for a group of around 400 high school students. My responsibilities included team management, booking guest speakers, coordinating with University Staff, and training our team in parliamentary procedure, public speaking, and formal diplomatic writing. As a Field Associate, I was responsible for recruiting and training volunteers and interns to be effective at utilizing technology and communicating to voters in the field. I also did a great deal of voter contact including cold calls and door knocking. I also coordinated and executed a variety of events including grassroots activism seminars, political debates, and volunteer appreciation events.
