I am a licensed home inspector in the state of Washington having completed over 6500 home inspections over the last 16 years. I have seen everything imaginable and unimaginable. Nothing ceases to amaze me, which is why my career is so fascinating! I am also a licensed general contractor specializing in residential remodeling which helps make me a better inspector as it keeps me aware of new building practices, materials and pricing as well as those that maybe weren't so good over the years. Construction practices are continually changing as are materials and costs associated with both of these have skyrocketed over the past few years. I am hands on in both fields, which allows me to pass my knowledge and expertise onto home buyers. Buying a home is one of the biggest investments and expenses we make in life. Being well informed of the structure is key!
