A risk mitigation framework has been agreed with the regulatory authorities.• My initial task was to identifying the risk mitigation controls in the framework that should be applied to the NDH.• Each control was given a development priority with the most important to be implemented first.• Once the controls were identified I was part of a team that did a gap analysis to find out which controls had been applied and which were missing. This was completed with user interviews, workshops and document research.• All the research and the requirements were document on Confluence pages.• The final deliverable, a Gap Analysis, was a matrix showing the level of compliance for each technical capability (IT discipline) for each control.• From the matrix detailed requirements were generated for each technical capability component (system, application, etc). A Jira ticket being produced for each requirement.• The work has to be completed and evidence of compliance presented to the regulatory authority by the end of this financial year.• NAB are a committed Agile user and all work was carried out using the Agile methodology in 2-week sprints. -
