Using DFSS principles, led the Product Design team to global standard methods using " Design Wizards " resulting in a 48% operational efficiency for the Body / Interior design teams.- Reorganized the GM Mexico Engineering team to support the 4 local assembly plants and their suppliers and concentrated the team to develop expertise in HVAC engineering functions.

Created a global organization structure with centralized lead experts (brakes, fuels systems, steering, A/C compressors, etc.) with regional execution of vehicle programs, enabling "command and control" for technology development, sourcing and learning cycles.
