- Served as a project manager for Dell Financial Services (DFS) in the migration of a newly acquired software package (STATISTICA) to replace SAS.- Led the evaluation and testing of STATISTICA and other software to ensure that the needs of DFS will be met after SAS has been replaced. Upon completion of the evaluation, selected the software needed for DFS to migrate from SAS.- Arranged for needed training, created training documents / reference material and coached members of DFS on the use of the new software tools.- Functioned as the subject matter expert / business liaison for STATISTICA between DFS and IT - managed permissions, resources and assisted with troubleshooting.- Conducted ad-hoc analysis for numerous credit risk and marketing projects.- Designed, executed and tracked an ad-hoc direct mail marketing campaign targeting inactive DFS customers that resulted in the two test groups improving incremental revenue by 13% and 20% over the holdout. Based on the success of this program, Dell implemented an ongoing campaign targeting inactive DFS customers.- Developed SAS and SQL code to aggregate trade level data from Equifax Canada to customer level. This process was used to build two new credit risk models and six strategy changes, resulting in a total of $10MM in incremental originations.- Interfaced with various credit reporting agencies for consumer and commercial data: Dun and Bradstreet, Experian and Equifax Canada. Securely transferred files to and from the agencies, loaded the data to databases, and analyzed data for marketing and credit risk projects.- Programmed, executed and managed SMB portfolio credit management process. Scored the SMB portfolio using refreshed credit bureau data, determined which customers remain eligible for credit, set updated credit limits and pricing.

- Executed end-to-end telemarketing and direct mail campaigns using SAS and SQL. End-to-end execution involved collaborating with marketing to design the campaign, selecting the customers, pulling data, running response models, creating customer lists including test / control setup, sending the lists to vendors and tracking performance.- Created, documented and tracked monthly offer files for use by inbound retention representatives (to retain those customers who wish to close their credit card accounts). - Converted and mapped the Fleet Bank retention process for the Bank of America / FleetBoston merger. - Completed numerous ah-hoc requests including creating reports, assembling datasets and system of record (TSYS) updates to support various Lines of Business.- Greenbelt certified in June 2004 by re-designing a telemarketing campaign for new accounts by increasing the population of marketable accounts sent to the vendor each week.
