I have worked in large and smaller companies during my career. Since 2008, I have worked at ScerIS. Currently, I lead the technical and outsourced services teams, which include the software development and quality team, the customer success and support team, the outsourced services team, and the information technology, Compliance and Cloud Services team. This demanding role requires me to seamlessly transition between being a technical leader, a strategic leader, and a hands-on contributor. The dynamic nature of working with internal and external clients allows me to fine-tune my communication, planning, and leadership skills continually. It also provides an environment of continual learning.I enjoy designing solutions leveraging process improvements and technology to solve business challenges and improve efficiency. I have managed implementations and upgrades of large and small projects. Recent projects are focused on deploying ScerIS software and designing the future functionality of our software. Past projects I’ve led include SAP, Syteline, Dynamics AX, Salesforce.com, and IBM WebSphere upgrades and deployments.
