I lead several different teams including software development, customer success, outsourced services and IT/Compliance, each requiring me to leverage different skills and experiences from the thousands of projects I have led. As the lead of the Software Quality and Development team, I oversee ten FTEs. All are direct reports with whom I interact daily, helping to resolve issues and coordinating the team's efforts. The role requires significant long-term planning, goal setting, and oversight, as well as staying current with technologies and market direction.With the Custom Success team, I lead five FTEs, three of whom are direct reports. This team is responsible for designing and deploying new solutions and supporting existing customers. I provide guidance and leadership on the projects, taking on the project manager role for some projects. Where I am not personally leading the project, I provide mentoring and guidance to the project team, helping to fine-tune existing skills and learn new ones. I work closely with the project teams to ensure clients are satisfied, requirements are met and the projects are delivered on time and on budget. With the Outsourced Services team, I lead four and a half FTEs, one of which is a direct report. This team provides business process support for client records. I regularly review projects and the quality processes and work with the team to implement improvements. The role requires planning, long-term planning, and customer interaction.Our Information Technology, Compliance, and Cloud Services team consists of one FTE who is a direct report. In this role, I oversee the day-to-day operations. I also handle long-term planning, manage every project implemented, and assist with some support tasks as necessary. Real-time sales, forecasts, and shipment information were acquired from the created dashboard which provided senior-level executives and line managers updates on the status of more than 20 key business parts. I was also instrumental in the deployment of a Microsoft Content Management Server environments.I have implemented a 160-user Salesforce.com system while simultaneously functioning as the system administrator dealing with user account creation, troubleshooting, and maintenance. Furthermore, I have overseen system modernization and common back-office projects which combined more than 40 disparate systems running on five different databases into an integrated platform. During my employment at The Monitor Company, I have been tasked with the establishment of the first suite of Lotus Notes applications aimed at advancing knowledge management and information transfer between consulting case teams.

I worked as part time PC Technician while in high school and college. In that role I did a variety of computer maintenance, software installs and some networking tasks. I also provided coverage to payroll, AP, AR and other functions when someone was on vacation.
