I have 40 years’ experience in the life insurance industry with the last 36 years devoted to recruiting and managing national sales organizations.I began my career as a personal producer, then became a General Agent. I served as Executive Vice President for two national marketing organizations where I developed marketing, recruiting and compensation programs that produced over 12,000 agents and grew to over $20,000,000 of life production annually.In 1998, I founded and became President of Infinity Marketing Alliance (IMA), and the Alliance Group.I am currently CEO and Chairman of the Alliance Group.At the Alliance Group, we currently have over 2500 active agents. In 2018, our net paid life production was $40.5 million. In 2019 we are expecting to end the year with $50 million in net paid life production.My administrator, Carolyn Singletary, has over 40 years’ experience in the business. Her role, along with the other staff members is to allow the agent to focus on selling.
