Experienced online community development and engagement manager on projects spanning the public, voluntary and third sectors. Over the last three years I developed a network for money guidance practitioners in Scotland, delivering an extensive events programme, facilitated knowledge sharing opportunities and built learning resources for the online community I administered. Prior to this I provided support to a Scottish Government flagship programme on the expansion of early learning and childcare. This role was to assist knowledge exchange between Scottish Government and Scottish local government. Before these jobs in the Improvement Service I led a small information management team for a Scottish local authority department, with responsibility for records management, web site and intranet content management, IT asset management, liaison on information governance and facilitating process improvement workshops. I'm currently part of the evaluation team, working on a range projects.
