I am responsible for managing relationships with Americas based Settlement Members, as well as growing the CLS ecosystem across investment managers, banks, multinational corporations, and non-bank financials, with the end goal being the mitigation of settlement risk, and creation of operational efficiencies.

In this capacity, I held responsibility of overseeing, as well as the hands-on management of all aspects of the eFX business. From risk management, to sales, to CRM, and algorithmic client trading, I spearheaded the effort within a small team framework to ensure client satisfaction, balanced with a positive proprietary experience.
