Implemented Employee Central module in 30 countries, performing technical configurations such as field definitions, data model changes, dynamic roles, workflows, business rules, field mappings, etc. Provided implementation, enhancement, and support of entire SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite (RCM/RMK, ONB, LMS, COM/VP, PM/GM). Designed and implemented GDPR/CCPA controls within HR applications space. Implemented responsive internal/external careers site using Career Site Builder, with ability to recruit globally across 13 languages. Designed & configured integration between SAPSF LMS and Salesforce using Informatica middleware. Utilized Informatica ETL tool in order to assist in the consolidation of disparate Salesforce instances into one global instance.
