Solely responsible for the Production Planning and Scheduling aspect of the business. Developed solutions for tracking orders through processes including quoting of jobs, fabrication and installation via Microsoft Infopath Forms and Google Sheets. Thus providing instant status of any job in the system from customized Google Sheets Dashboards specific to departments. Successfully doubled production capacity with only adding very few new staff members and hardly no additional production equipment. This was accomplished enforcing very strict guidelines on production time lines and the efficiency provided by proper scheduling. Additional duties include the administration of all IT systems including, but not limited to, a 20+ client Hyper-V virtual environment, multiple Active Directory DC's, firewall and proprietary server based systems.

The Hosting environment consisted of complete Active Directory, DNS (internal and public), Smartermail services, 2003 - 2008R2 IIS servers, ISA firewalls, DPM 2010 for disaster recovery and SQL 2000 - 2008R2 database servers. Many of which were hosted as Virtual clients in a multiple Hyper-V Host configuration.Local IT consulting services consisted of a full compliment of IT services from on-premises wire pulls, connectivity trouble shooting, server and client build outs and network migrations for consolidation purposes. Specializing in niches such as Dental practices and their associated software implementations, upgrades and maintenance. These products included Dentrix, Softdent and Eaglesoft. Monthly network wide system maintenance contracts were included in the services provided.

Data Center Manager for facility supporting 28 manufacturing facilities across the North East, South East and Central States. Worked directly with senior management to develop strategies to improve efficiency, reliability, and functionality of the entire corporate network. Was responsible for all software deployments through the 3 tier development cycle of Dev / QA and Production servers. Directly or indirectly supported 300+ users and 7 Network Administrators.

Provided services as a fully trained and certified Hazardous Materials Technician, Confined Space Rescue Technician, Emergency Medical Technician, and Structural Fire Fighter. Responsible for the mitigation of emergency situations preventing any loss of property or production capability while insuring safety for all employees. Youngest employee to obtain a supervisory position in the department’s 75 year history, by doing so within 18 months of joining the department. Designed a digital Incident Reporting System in MS Access and later assisted the IT department in converting it to a SQL backend application with more functionality.
