Experienced working independently with preparedness liaisons in county governments as an Emergency Management Planner applying my use of public speaking, training, and communication skills. Utilized strong critical thinking skills and assessment procedures to improve agency responses to disasters and disease outbreaks through planning, exercise, and experience. Strong understanding and experience following HIPAA guidelines.
