President and Principal Civil Engineer with nearly 20 years of project design and management experience in public and private projects, including roadway and utility design and private land development for a variety of single-family, multi-family and mixed-use projects throughout the southwest region. Mr. Rivera is intricately involved in the complete project process, providing engineering support during the initial planning and due diligence process, preparing final engineering reports and construction documents, and overseeing the project through construction. Mr. Rivera specializes in hillside grading and earth retention system design, hydraulic and hydrologic drainage analysis, storm water quality, hydromodification, and water/sewer/surface improvement plans. He has overseen the design and construction of projects including four lane and six lane major CIP roadway and utility projects for the public sector to 1,000+ unit master plan developments for the private sector.
