I am project manager and estimator that provides construction solutions such as value engineering, cost estimating, scheduling, design/build services, and construction management.

Green Fence Recycling (Green Fence) is a newly established plastics recycling facility processing three types of plastic resin in three production lines. This facility is located in Mullins, South Carolina, a state that is home to a thriving recycling industry.Green Fence represents the next generation of plastics recycling: identifying missed opportunities. The founders of the company have identified multiple situations in the industry where plastic is backing up in the market or going to landfills and incinerators because no one is recycling it. Green Fence has developed the technology to fill these niches with three specialized production lines. Our proprietary wash line salvages usable plastic chips from the trash that is generated by other plastic bottle recyclers. We are also creating a market for plastic reclaimed from sterilized medical waste. And now that China and other Asian countries are shutting the door to our less desirable plastics, we are sorting and recycling what can be used.

I oversee a team that is responsible for all short-term and long-term operations at our Florence, SC location. My position consists of estimating, forecasting, job cost management and planning, working with local, regional, and federal regulatory agencies, human resources, safety program management, and many other responsibilities. I am working with contractors on a daily basis as we revitalize the property. We are working towards restoring jobs in the greater Pee Dee region, and helping the local economy return to it's former strength.

I am a development coordinator. I coordinate short term and long term activities on all of our properties. Manage store revenue, including cash handling, deposit reconciliation and delivery of deposits to bank when Store Manager isn't present. I am also responsible for the sales and profits of the store. Maintain, encourage and possess "ownership mentality." Evaluating and counseling store employees. Schedule, organize and direct assignments when Store Manager isn't present. I also work with the local business council and local businesses to grow our community involvement and make new connections.
