As Aircrew Work Center Supervisor, I was directly responsible for constructing and implementing a daily training plan for 26 junior Aircrewmen. While leading the Aircrew Work Center I qualified 24 MH-53E Plane Captains, 4 Utility Crew Chiefs, 3 Crew Chiefs, 6 Naval Aircrew Warfare Specialists and 3 Enlisted Aviation Warfare Specialists. As Naval Air Training and Operation Procedures Standardization (NATOPS) Work Center Supervisor, I scheduled unit level training for all Pilots and Aircrewmen in the squadron; flawlessly managing 82 Aircrewmen and 25 Pilot NATOPS flying service records which resulted in the NATOPS department receiving an Outstanding grade on the Helicopter Sea Combat Wing Atlantic CNAL inspection. Before deploying to Detachment Two in Bahrain, I qualified as an Auxiliary Power Unit (APU) Instructor and was selected by leadership to be the APU Program Coordinator for deployment. During this time I qualified 12 initial APU and requalified 41 APU Operators.
