I am responsible for positively disrupting talent management advisory services for Modern's clients. We identify the best talent for roles open today and prepare internal leaders for roles that need to be filled tomorrow. We support each leader we work with in unleashing all of their capability to solve the most pressing challenges for our clients.

I provide strategic leadership in translating and engaging Korn Ferry's deep IP and capabilities into the financial services and fintech industries. I work with clients to ensure they are considering both the technical and leadership capabilities required to keep pace with the ever changing demands of the market, and engaging the right talent for that ambiguous future. I both develop and deliver business, delivering assessment and coaching programs for my client's most impactful roles and leaders. Through understanding the emotional factors of the business I help each organization I work with more fully utilize their workforce to engage their customers.In addition to leveraging these insights I manage the client facing daily project management tasks ensuring that the information we provide is not only accurate but also delivered on time.

As a consultant with MFS I spent my time optimizing the financial systems of small and medium market clients. I delivered results as the lead consultant on several projects that increased financial efficiency and controls. Capstone project with the firm provided account leadership and management for an audit preparation of a hospitality firm executing 150M in debt financing.Developed a business portfolio of personal tax and mortgage clients ensuring that clients' financial decisions produced efficient income tax outcomes and long term financial security.
