CurrentAssigned various roles and task beyond the duties assumed of me when I was originally hired on to the Employee Help Desk. These include Crowdstrike Systems Administrator, Sophos Systems Administrator and project lead on finding a suitable replacement for Kaspersky Endpoint Security that increases the companies security posture as well as achieves security standards defined by certain guidelines like HITRUST.As a Crowdstrike System Administrator,- Used various security tools within Crowdstrike to identify potential incidents, network intrusions, and malware events on end user computers. - Implemented security measures for company assets that adhere to established security standards and Governmental requirements for security on these systems. - Developed documentation for Crowdstrike processes and procedures for the environment.- Participated in the company’s HITRUST security audit demonstrating the company’s ability to meet certification requirements for endpoint security and device access. I was instrumental in helping the company acquire HITRUST certification for the TPMS division for the first time. As a Sophos Systems Administrator, - I developed encryption policies for Sophos in accordance with company policy for mobile devices. I also developed documentation for Sophos processes and procedures for the environment.- Oversaw the depreciation of Sophos in the environment and introduction of BitLocker as a worthy replacement.As a Help Desk Analyst, - Provided help desk support for all hardware, software, and ancillary office equipment including phone systems, printers, and multi-function devices to a company of 750+ end users. - Participated in an on-call rotation during business hours that was considered the first line of defense for all company support inquires.- Assisted in the resolution of 3000+ tickets with high satisfaction. - Built and maintained relationships with employees of varying levels of technical ability.
