• Data Center Migration and Consolidation – managed server decommissions and migrations which helped facilitate the return of four data center floors back to corporate real estate for repurpose. Program successfully migrated 800+ servers and demised 1400+ servers.• New Data Center Build-Out – managed the deployment of key network, storage and server infrastructure services into a new strategic data center, in preparation for future application migrations. Services deployed included SAN, NAS, backup infrastructure, ESX, MQ and anti-virus.• Application Migration – managed the relocation of a suite of applications between regions, involving 600+ physical and virtual servers. Included the build of the new server environments as well as cut-over from the existing to the new environments. Services deployed included Windows, Linux, Sybase ASE, Sybase IQ, Citrix, Grid, MQ, SAN and NAS.

• Concurrently managed Unix/Linux/Windows server migration and decommission projects for over 120 applications. Worked with application, solutions architecture and infrastructure teams to create implementation plans, build new swing environments, migrate existing data, redeploy firewall and load balancing configurations, and coordinate cutover events.• Advised in development of PMO chartered with executing data center exit initiativefor the CIB line-of-business.
