Mr. Anthony has over 21 years of experience in engineering design. As Associate Director and Mechanical Engineering Department manager, he supervises over 10 engineers, designers & inspectors. He oversees all mechanical project designs and personally designs large projects including major casinos, hotels, air traffic control towers, campus school designs, science buildings, laboratories, down to building modifications and additions. Systems design includes high performance HVAC systems, Central Plant design, smoke removal and air pressurization systems, plumbing systems, steam and condensate piping systems, process piping systems, and fire protection for new and existing facilities and campus systems. Extensive design experience in high performance HVAC systems such as under floor displacement air systems, radiant heating systems, green building HVAC & plumbing systems, grey water systems, etc. Mr Anthony also has many years experience with Cx ( Commissioning), LEED, energy modeling, energy audits, green building design.

Supervisor/Lead Test Engineer for payload space qualification and acceptance testing, and payload integration for the Countermeasures Hands-On Program (CHOP) at the Air Force Research Lab’s (AFRL) Space Vehicle Division at Kirtland Air Force Base. Completed two successful unique payloads for the Missile Defense Agency (MDA). Supervised & integrated payload space qualification and acceptance testing, and payload integration into Payload Deployment Module (PDM) at Lincoln Laboratories/MIT.

Designed HVAC and piping systems for new facility construction for DOE and DOD installations. Extensive experience in coordinating construction and building systems inspection, interface with contractor in field fabrication and mock-ups, write inspection/progress reports, submittal reviews, RFI conflicts & resolutions. Extensive project experience with Albuquerque District Army Corps of Engineers, Sandia National Labs, Kirtland AFB, Cannon AFB, Los Alamos National Labs, Luke AFB, Intel, Sumitomo/Silmax.

Worked on site at Sandia National Laboratories, Albuquerque, NM; As on-site contractor for Sandia''s FAST (Facilities Accelerated Systems Team). Responsible for designing mechanical, plumbing and process piping systems for cleanroom tool install projects at Sandia National Labs building 858 MDL, Microelectronics Development Lab. Mechanical systems experience includes: high purity gas piping, HEPA filtration, HVAC, RO/DI water, make-up air, process exhaust, process vacuum, processfluids and gases, fire protection, natural gas/propane, and plumbing.

Supervised design, production, and marketing of all heat exchanger products. Designed heat exchangers for unique processes and custom applications. Design partner on a robotic welding system and designed, directed and executed research and development of heat exchangers including design of wind tunnel for product testing. Maintained and handled all customer orders and technical/engineering inquiries.
