I have been cooking professionally in the greater St. Louis area for 15 years. I have experience in both large and small organizations, from hotels and casinos, to fine dining and family owned restaurants. My passion for food revolves around the people I have served and their shared desire for delicious and creative cuisine. I have a talent to reach people on a personal level and connect deeply through the stimulation of the senses that a great dining experience can provide. As a chef, I realize that everyone has a passion for food in some way, and finding what drives that passion for an individual, a family or a larger community is how I set out to be the best chef that I can be. Once those driving forces are realized, my sense of professional responsibility sets me on a path to connect with those that I work with and serve. These connections have shaped me into the professional chef that I am and serve as the foundation of growth for my future. A mentor once taught me that a true chef will never stop learning and will always strive to evolve into a better version of themselves. This is a lesson that I carry with me throughout my journey.
