As Digital & Social Manager, I was responsible for the online media investment and account management of a dedicated and prestigious client list, including Domino's, Neds, Allianz Worldwide Partners, Bond University and Hamilton Island.

In 2015 I took a little career break to travel the world and soak up a variety of different cultures and experiences. My wife and I volunteered at an NGO in India for 4-months before travelling through South-East Asia and the USA.

I was hired by Reload for my mixed skill set in social media strategy, community management, content creation and design. One of my key roles at Reload was acting as a bridge between strategic, creative thinking and the company’s core digital pillars.

Responsibilities included planning and scheduling events, pursuing sponsorship and public relations opportunities, strategically building the membership base and deciding the future of Youngbloods itself.

During my time at the agency I was given the chance to write copy, brainstorm creative strategies, tackle some design work and try my hand at Award School briefs and lecture videos. As a student, it was exciting to see some of my ideas make it out of the nervously written pages of my notebook and onto some major billboard sites around Australia.
