My drive, tenacity, and competitiveness are some factors that led to a successful 22 years in the Army. But the most important factor in my success has been the people around me. People are the real reason for my success and why I was able to become a Command Sergeant Major. I have learned over time that it is critical to invest in people, showing compassion and understanding will bring out the best in everyone.I joined the Special Operations Forces community in 2006 and never looked back. I was able to serve alongside the most amazing men and women who truly loved what they did. I'm experienced at leading cross-function teams, strategic operations planning, project management, business integration, and developing teams. I thrive in situations that are no-fail and complex. I’m able to make difficult decisions with minimal information by understanding both guidance and intent. I continually look for ways to upgrade my performance, effectiveness, and efficiency. My true passion is people, I enjoy showing diverse individuals ways they can cooperate and collaborate.
