After a short break, I joined Persistent Systems, LLC, a leading provider of Mobile Ad-Hoc Network (MANET) solutions for the military and government sectors.As a Senior Field Service Representative, I provide on-site technical and programmatic support for a US Air Force Program of Record that uses Wave Relay systems to enhance communication and situational awareness for the Security Forces mission. I assist with system readiness, deliver basic customer training courses, manage inventory of equipment, and troubleshoot technical issues. I also act as a direct liaison to the end-users and affiliated military units, ensuring they have the support they need to complete their mission.
