I am an academic director at the Defense Information School. I spent the bulk of my Navy career in visual communications; documenting the Navy in photographs, writing and releasing print news stories, providing video coverage of the President of the United States, and producing various multimedia products.Promotions and positional responsibilities presented me with opportunities to manage, lead, and develop teams and individuals, something that I have enjoyed and excelled at. I have a passion for training and developing, and I have consistently sought and assumed increased roles and responsibilities training and leading others. I'm proud to have served in the Navy for 20 years, and I'm happy to be in a position to continue working with service members and DoD civilians.
