• For the PANYNJ's Aviation Department I drafted the Goals and Objectives section for the Capacity Study, which analyzed existing conditions and constraints for airport terminals, on- and off-airport access, landside and airside infrastructure; I collated survey results and developed key findings on airport revenue sources for parking lots, taxis, limos and shared ride; I determined causes of equipment malfunction through critical analysis of parking lot data: service calls versus lane and lot activity.

• Used ArcGIS, research and outreach to produce materials to drive public awareness of available bicycle infrastructure in targeted NJ communities.
