- Manage SESAC PRO licensing teams, including Sales (internal, independent sales consultants and offshore), Customer Service, Collections, and Licensing Administration.

- Manage all customer facing teams, including all Sales groups (internal, independent sales consultants and offshore), Customer Service and Collections- Business lead on design and launch of custom Salesforce environment for all Sales teams in less than 6 months- Sales lead on collaboration with Marketing and IT to implement automated digital marketing tools and strategies allowing us to contact exponentially more prospects and identify higher quality leads- Work closely with Marketing to identify and track the quality of new sources of leads- Implemented CTI technology on top of internal phone systems to better track employee activity, measure effectiveness and provide coaching- Analyze market and other economic data that may affect sales and revenue goals in various industries- Prepare and present quarterly reports to board of directors and private equity stakeholders- Forecast annual revenue projections and budget division expenses

- Manage and supervise Sales personnel, both business and legal staff, including eight direct reports- Negotiate and draft contracts with important customers in numerous industries including major broadcasters, hotels/casinos, retailers and digital media companies- Set individual and departmental goals for Sales personnel, as well as provide direction and motivation to achieve them- Participate in Sales strategy meetings with top level executives to shape company goals and develop initiatives designed to increase revenue and customer retention- Provide monthly and quarterly reporting on department performance to senior executives and board of directors- Budget and forecast department expenses for each fiscal year- Member of executive team responsible for working with outside IT consultants to implement a company-wide systems modernization to an Oracle based platform- Created a change management plan and provided leadership to staff during the systems transition- Manage copyright infringement and breach of contract litigation through coordination of outside law firms with in-house resources such as Legal, Collections, Finance, Corporate Relations and other departments as necessary

- Supervise and manage a team of business professionals focused on contacting and resolving issues with delinquent customers- Primary legal support for all sales personnel, including responsibility for drafting new forms of contracts and identifying ways to improve existing contracts- Work with Sales executives to provide recommendations on pricing structures and strategies, including participation in negotiations with key customers

- Negotiate and draft contracts for new customers or renegotiate existing contracts when needed- Provide legal assistance for all Licensing Sales departments- Analyze company receivables and provide recommendations to senior management on strategies for increasing collections- Management of all litigation resulting from breach of sales contracts

- Focus in civil litigation, making multiple court appearances each week as lead attorney- Daily negotiation with opposing parties and their attorneys to resolve disputes including formal negotiations such as settlement conferences and mediation- Numerous other duties involving case management such as client communication, legal research and drafting legal documents
