Current responsibilities include managing the implementation of GeoDecisions' Rapid Response System for numerous public and private agencies. Our Rapid Response System is designed to deliver high-speed phone / email / and text messages in the event of an emergency. Our clients include United Water (in six states), Pittsburgh Water & Sewer Authority, the City of Bethlehem, Bucks County Water and Sewer Authority, Newtown Artesian Water, Perkasie Borough Authority, Fox Chapel Authority, and Downingtown Municipal Water Authority.

GIS Director/Project Manager responsible for marketing, development and implementation of GIS / mobile solutions for local government agencies and other private utilities. Other responsibilities include direct involvement in the creation, marketing, and support of the patent-pending web-based Rapid Response System for emergency notification purposes. Duties as Rapid Response marketing manager involve conducting numerous on-site meetings and presentations for various water companies and organizations throughout the state.

Project Manager/Marketing Manager responsible for QA/QC and project administration on the IRRIS project (military tracking/in-transit visibility GIS solution), in addition to marketing this technology to Pennsylvania as a homeland security solution (PA-GEARS). Other responsibilities include the marketing, development and implementation of GeoDecisions' services and custom GIS solutions for local government agencies and other private utilities for use in zoning, permitting, code enforcement, infrastructure management, and asset management. Expertise is held in needs analysis and strategic planning, development and implementation of asset management solutions, and GIS implementation for local government agencies.

Employed by the Environmental Resources Division in the Client Services Section as an Assistant Project Manager / Business Development Manager. Responsibilities included work on numerous local government projects throughout Pennsylvania, with a focus on utilities (water/wastewater/storm water). Additional responsibilities included field data collection, client training, and custom software development activities. Committees I was involved with included the information management committee, the client database management committee, the computer committee, and the United Way committee.
