• Responsible for safeguarding aviation security by screening employees accessing secure areas.• Expertly proficient in all screening procedures including but not limited to: pat downs, property searches, x-ray imaging systems and identification verification.• Called upon by supervisors to mentor and coach on security policy and procedures. • Provides guidance to screeners in matters pertaining to HR policy and its application.

• Served as an instructor and developer for the current DHS protocol of Behavioral Observation and Analysis. • Responsible for the delivery of agency-specific curriculum in a manner that is consistent with established standard operating procedures.• Evaluated officers-in-training on their ability to assess behavioral indicators. • Key contributor to the development and editing of policy documents to be used for agency-specific training initiatives.• Supervised the engagement between passengers and Behavioral Detection Officers (BDO’s) in order to facilitate the development of tactical communication, critical thinking, and threat mitigation skills/capabilities. • Supervised the delivery and facilitation of agency-approved curriculum by new or certifying instructors. • Participated in the development of the Standard Operating Procedures. • Served as a lead instructor on multiple training missions.
