I bring with me over 13 years of experience in the field of intermodal and layered security systems, personnel development, and an extensive training background. I In my last two years as National Training Instructor with the Department Of Homeland Security, I was widely recognized as the top-performing lead training instructor. In those two years I received scores of 98 of 100 total points in quality assessment evaluation preformed by program analysts. It was that consistent excellence that allowed me to move into a project development role at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center, and then onto supervisor and personnel development. Experience Highlights:Leadership: Nine years experience supervising, evaluating and assessing Behavioral Detection Officers, including supervisors, for the Department of Homeland Security to include recommending and delivering terminations. Compliance: Conducted efficiency and accountability audits of supervisors, Behavioral Detection Officers, and programs. Communication: Collaborated with outside contractors, DHS legal and DHS psychiatrists/psychologists to ensure the language in processes and procedures could be applied without penalty and to achieve upmost effectiveness.
