Provides leadership in accomplishing short/long term goals while working with the student elected Executive board to delegate tasks as needed. Chair has the responsibility of seeing PES is abiding by all regulations in accordance with UTSA, PES Lone Star Section, and Student Activities.

The Executive Assistant disseminates information to members and other necessary parties.Coordinates events for the organization. Aids in assessing inventory and maintaining order in the Advanced Robotics Laboratory.

Assists in all tasks delegated including but not limited to event coordination, advertisements, ensuring the organization is complying with university guidelines and any task related to the advancement of the student chapter.

Compiled daily reports encompassing employee metrics from systems such as Aceyus , Kronos, and Siebel into easily interpreted documents for management. Kept information relating to multiple business projects and stored records of employee information over time.
