I founded a marketing firm after the COVID pandemic started and partnered with the company SHYPQUICK.COM with the aim of growing brand awareness in all of Columbia, South Carolina.Some of my contributions include;· Successfully executing numerous advertising strategies with little to no budget, improving brand awareness in households all over Columbia, South Carolina.· I led teams comprised of staff from different ethnicities and social backgrounds, achieving a credible name and getting specific groups to cater for the company services.· I would leverage social media marketing strategies, employing Facebook and Facebook marketplace to gain followers as well as TikTok to create content videos for consumers to watch which enabled the company to take off.· My role also entailed performing data analysis and administering the company's marketing budget, delivering exceptional results.

My role entailed managing a territory with over 100 lottery locations for this multibillion dollar company which also included maintaining the largest capital in the region.Selected contributions and achievements for this role include;· Consistently growing sales each year, including contributing over $50 Million in sales annually.· Monitoring sales trends to implement incentive programs such as second chance drawings and Wheel Spins during critical low sales within the territory.· I drive sales and create free promotion for the company by inviting and scheduling vendors to set up at different locations and instructing the Promotion Department to drive the lottery van to the locations to give out t-shirts, cups and other lottery items.· I generate additional revenue by coordinating with retailers to offer items for second chance drawings such as televisions, cameras, gift cards and cash which also provided fun for the community.· I innovatively developed and implemented a strategy to improve $1 and $2 ticket sales throughout the entire state.· Last but not least, I significantly increased sales by 40% within 3 months after the $1 and $2 tickets sales went down drastically in November 2018 by convincing the Director to migrate from instant games that cost $10 where players could instantly win $50, $00, and $500 to $50 and $100 prizes put on $1 and $2 instant games.

For this role, I managed daily sales operations, including executing new marketing strategies to build awareness and lead generation programs for the store.Some of my achievements include;· Being promoted in 2007 to head the sales department which entailed revamping the function to meet sales targets.· I developed and implemented a sales strategy, creating an inventory strategy which is still being used to this date and entails a weekly count on items which should be cut i.e. carpet and vinyl and reorganizing the sales file cabinet.· I would engage the sales teams to start calling customers and offer some incentives to get the customers back in the door, coaching representatives on phone etiquette and customer service.· During my tenure, I consistently surpassed sales goals and was recognized as the top flooring department in our district after the store being the least performing in the district.· I received positive feedback from the District Manager who visited the store, rewarding the staff with gift cards and NASCAR tickets and a promotion to Sales Manager in the store.· Additionally, I implemented the four corners program which put associates in the plain sight of the consumers during peak hours 10am - 7pm.
