As an Assistant to the General Manager, I assist with the day-to-day operations of running an athletic organization. Specifically, I handle a majority of the accounting work, including ticket, concession, and merchandise sales. I compile sales reports for the General Manager in an Excel spreadsheet. I also manage the concession stand in terms of constructing employee schedules, handling inventory, and employee wages. During the games, I work in the press box, where I am the Public Address announcer as well as the stadium music operator. On occasion, I run the stadium scoreboard.

The Food Packager prepares food orders and hands them out to customers. Other responsibilities include taking food orders, handling the register, or preparing salad orders. I also spent a year and a half as a cook, so I can move there for a time if they are short staffed or need the extra help. As a caterer, I handle large orders and ensure that they are done completely and on time.
