• Designed and launched the first-ever User Research Bootcamp for Interaction Design Foundation. It is a live, remote 12-week bootcamp course that leads students through planning, conducting, and creating a user research.
• I compiled and created content for the course, present lectures, plan & lead the interactive group workshops, meet 1:1 with students weekly, and give detailed feedback on weekly assignments.
• As Head of User Research Bootcamps, I lead a team of 3 other course instructors.

Consulted with two startups. Created UX Roadmaps and Service Design deliverables.

San Diego

• Collaborated on a "Rapid Iterative Testing & Evaluation" (RITE) process for a new product to be used by pharmacists and nurses. It tested very well and is being developed.
• In an agile environment, I led design and prototyping for a complex new medical software product, involving dashboards and data visualization, to be used in hospitals.
• Designed updates to an existing product that enables hospitals to perform internal investigations.
• Created UX and Interaction design deliverables: design proposals; workflow diagrams and wireframes; final UI & detailed specs, and high-fidelity prototypes to be used in research and by Training and Sales teams.

San Diego

• Designed medical software products that range from scheduling patients, collecting electronic health records (EHR), e-prescribing medications, and medical billing.
• “Agile-UX Secret Sauce” leadership team: Defined our best practices for agile-UX, and secured alignment on our operating model with VP’s, Directors, Leads, and other stakeholders.
• "UX Office Hours": I Initiated and lead a company-wide program which provides live, UX consultations with anyone in the company (USA and Bangalore offices).
• “UX Education” leadership team. I contributed to strategy, planning, and wrote articles and blogs for a company wide UX Education web site and Slack channel.

Led the planning and project management efforts over the Out of Box Experience Design team (10 members), this includes creating a seamless experience of unboxing, setting up hardware, and setting up software on multiple platforms. Tasks include planning, leading design review meetings, interfacing with dev and marketing leads. Previously, was an Ix design.

Consulted as Interaction Designer/Human Factors Engineer in Hewlett-Packard's R&D lab, working on All-in-One Photosmart printers.

Designed new products and new features for: Leapfrog; Riverdeep, The Learning Company; Lightspan/Plato Learning; Binary Labs; and TechnoSource.

Senior Designer and Producer of a suite of Web Tools: ("Digital File Cabinet"; e-mail tool; Class Web Page and School Web Page publishing tool; "Web Trip Builder" tool; "Lesson Plan Builder" tool, "Haiku Maker" and other learning activity tools.
