· Managing a large portfolio of SME clients providing tailored expert advice across a whole suite of business and retail banking offerings including transactional, commercial and residential lending and payments· Collaborating with business partners both internal and external to identify new business opportunities and maintain referral partnerships

Assist in the preparation and structuring of credit proposals of up to $3mil for business lending and up to $7.5mil for consumer lending · Provide administrative services to Relationship Manager(s) and finance reporting to the State General Manager · Liaising with external and internal business partners to ensure seamless deal flow from end-to-end · Execute client instructions and handle day to day account management and client interaction/request

· Identifying cross-sale opportunities and proactively referring customers for FX solutions, Transactional services, wealth management and lending· Building rapport with customers and resolving a variety of simple to complex requests · Achieving weekly set KPIs and exceeding sales target by 220% per annum; sell a full range of consumer and business banking products including deposit accounts, general insurances, superannuation, personal lending, bank guarantees and business credit cards · Assisting with daily branch reporting and compliance

· Assist in the preparation of business activity statements for SME clients · Performing internal audit, payroll, bank reconciliation, invoicing and updating clients financial records
