I am currently Program Manager for Infax Incorporated. We are the leader in digital signage for the transportation and judicial industries. In business for over 45 years, our signage can be found in locations ranging from Hartsfield -Jackson International Airport, every major Courthouse in the metropolitan Atlanta area, , Washington DC area airports, as far west as the Clarke County Courts (Las Vegas, NV), Denver Regional Transit System, the Los Angeles County Courts and countless airports and courthouses in between. We are in a large portion of airports in the United States and its territories and over 250 judicial complexes across the country. My primary responsibilities range from handling the documentation and related technical writing associated with our product portfolio, managing the software portion of client installations, occasionally working onsite to handle technical matters, implementing quality control measures to "make it right" and directly engaging the client and their technical staff to ensure a smooth product roll-out. I also provide technical expertise to our sales and marketing staff while they deal with potential clients in an effort to secure the business. In addition to the aforementioned, I also participate in various trade shows throughout the year in an effort to further support the sales staff by providing on-site technical expertise/knowledge in the exhibitor booth. I make it my personal goal to insure that every client I engage is informed and comfortable with the process as we move towards a successful product implementation.
