I'm no stranger to life's adversities, complications, defeats, vicissitudes, successes, or trials. Whether it be school, numerous jobs, a career that I worked for that didn't turn out to be what I thought it would, I've learned to get back on the horse, persevere and be disciplined in my daily life. The latter seems to be a lifetime endeavor wherein I strive to be consistent. This has led me to sales.I have spent the last few months going through an intensive online course in technology sales development in order to start fresh with a career that caters to what I've learned from life's experiences. I've read books like "How to Win Friends and Influence People", "Fanatical Prospecting", and "SPIN Selling." I've also learned skills such as researching new prospects, cold outreach (Email, Phone, LinkedIn), and running a discovery call using SPIN and BANT.I'm currently looking to get started from the ground up in a sales development where Ican apply the skills I have spent the last few months learning and practicing. I can be a valuable asset toyour sales development team by assisting SDRs with the entire research function, or get on thephone and start prospecting as needed.
