Job SummaryThe Business Analyst (BA) is responsible for analyzing a customer’s existing business model and working with the customer to design an effective workflow for utilizing MoSo, a highly customizable Club Management Software solution. The MoSo Business Analyst is known as a product and workflow expert.Business Analysts are individuals who works well in a team environment with proven ability to work well under pressure and within deadlines. Some travel is required as a routine part of this role. Business Analysts work with customers ranging from medium to enterprise in size.Other duties include but are not limited to:Serve as a member of an implementation project team.Handle several implementation projects at a time.Define Customer business processes, conduct workflow analysis and design new or modify existing workflows.Design configuration documents and lead the design effort for implementing projects.Develop and conduct training programs for each Customer.Report enhancement requests and bugs on behalf of the Customer.Track tasks accomplished, time spent, and milestones completed using project management software.Qualifications:B.A/B.S or equivalent experienceAbility to deal with and resolve complex customer business issuesProven analytical skillsSignificant experience in objecting handling and change managementHighly organized and able to follow a very structured process planProficient in Microsoft Office Suite and advanced ExcelSQL experienceExperience in the Health and Fitness Industry
