I work to help the business get to grips with the challenges of new market entrants, an ever widening choice of sales channels, engineering innovations and exponential improvements in connectivity.I love working in marketing, because we start stuff. Achievements & SkillsDesigned and created an out of hours Internet Sales Specialist role, resulting in Sinclair Audi Group being awarded a £18,000 bursary from Audi UK. Working with the Audi UK Modern Retailing team to allow Audi UK to ‘blueprint’ my initiative to the whole network. Thus, capturing my processes, systems and learnings and share in best practice. I delivered a keynote speech on the success of this project at the Jaguar Experience Centre for the Auto Retail Conference in December 2017.Implemented a Modern Customer Journey in eCRM, which is customer centric and provides the relevant touch points throughout the ownership of a vehicle and post-ownership. A ground breaking initiative that was recognised by Audi UK and VWG. The work was showcased at Audi UK national sales forums. Evaluated and redesigned the sales process for web lead management, resulting in a Dealer Group now responding to customer enquiries within 4 minutes, which resulted in reducing lead to sale gestation to just 4.5 days, versus 11.8 previously.I have been fortunate enough to contribute frequently and have been published in the Automotive Retail Network Publication - Profit. In recent years I have supported Swansea University Business School by presenting automotive marketing trends and thoughts.
