Manage and support IT systems for the department of Auxiliary Services on the main campus of the University. This included campus housing, stores, postal services, printing and duplicating services, creative graphics, conference management, and others.My role involved providing user support and server administration, as well as managing a team of technicians who did the same. I also managed a small group of developers and gathered requirements for intra-departmental software needs.

Provided technical support for students living on campus related to connecting to the campus internet connection. As a student supervisor I helped triage requests, and train other student employees.
