Section course instructor for COM 217: Science Writing & Presentation. This course provides students, primarily from Purdue's College of Science, the opportunity to learn how to communicate scientific research and technical information through a variety of mediums. Ensured all aspects of Purdue's Housing and Food Services IT customer support were handled appropriately and effectively. Oversaw the support and management of the residential data network (ResNet) as well. As changes to IT services occurred across the division, I found effective ways to communicate and explain these changes to a diverse customer base. I routinely interacted with Purdue's Security and Policy, IT-Data Networks and Telecommunications, Physical Facilities, Verizon contractors, and a wide variety of other campus constituents. My goal was to ensure that Purdue's Housing and Food Services employees, guests, and residents had their IT requests handled and resolved in the most efficient manner possible.

Responsible for all aspects of the Purdue University Residential Data Network, servicing 10,000+ users. Managed team of approximately twenty-twenty five student staff. Provided tier 3 support for switched ethernet and DSL infrastructure. Act as liaison between University Residences, Central IT, Physical Facilities, and users of the data service.
