I can hear questions that make me stop and look for better answers of my own.I can speak in front of groups, give tours, present ideas, teach classes. I can learn back stories and history to put information into context so that it's interesting and useful.I can build a PC, configure it, create a network for it, fill it with software, and support it all. I can design, write and test software. I speak Facebook, Twitter and Wordpress, and I know the difference between spamming a group and being part of a community. I can rapidly aggregate news and information from multiple sources and distill the data into something useful.I can write and revise textbooks. I can write articles for blogs and online news sites. I can write and teach courses. I can write incisive and aggressive editorials, and funny stories that make people laugh. I can write technical specifications and wiki entries to describe procedures and processes. I can write resumes and legal contracts.I can also take out the garbage, repair a leaking office window, answer the phone, schedule a meeting, buy office supplies, hold a box for someone to tape, and make happy customers happier and angry customers calmer.
